The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure my 7-month-old had everything needed, from the pool bar to the helpful pool attendants. I was fortunate to have been able to visit Turks and Caicos for a summer getaway. The hotel rooms are beautiful, clean, and huge, equipped with Viking appliances, Nespresso machine, washer, dryer, 2 baths, living room, dining room, balcony with lounge, and patio table, especially the master suite. The staff took excellent care of us even under uncomfortable and hot circumstances. The location boasts lush, stunning surroundings that look like they are something out of a dream. However, the dining experience, although complimentary and delicious, had limited options. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable.
